Fashion Fights Cancer Recap
After last week’s shameless promotion of Fashion Fights Cancer, you’re probably wondering how it went (ok, maybe you weren’t wondering… but now you are!).
I can sum up the event with two words: FREAKIN. AWESOME.
Even though I busted my butt to help get this event together, I was completely blown away by the size and success of the night. It was breathtaking to see so many people out to support such an important cause.
The evening wouldn’t have been as successful without the support of the talented designers who opened their collections up to the event. A big shout out to Dutchess Designs, Lotusgrace, Kahri by KahriAnne Kerr, Lotis Clothing and American Apothecary. [Side note: I have a post coming up about American Apothecary, I fell in LOVE with their fun designs!]
I’ve heard it said that the best kinds of charity events are the ones that make you forget you’re doing good. With such high spirits and everyone looking classy as can be, knowing that the money raised from the evening benefit the I’m Too Young For This! Cancer Foundation and the Cancer Research Institute only made a great evening into an even better one.
With “fashion” as a theme of the evening, it’s no surprise that everyone looked like rock stars. Two of our guests, Mollie Meyer of Refinery29 and Suzy Malick (the hostess of the evening, styled by Edward Nashen), even made Guest of a Guest’s Best Dressed list. Holla!
Thank you to everyone for coming out and for showing your support, it was much appreciated! Now that FFC is wrapped, it’s time to get ready for fashion week! Exciting announcements coming soon!!

Tyler is so fabulous at organizing the best events I could not resist; I had to give him a big kiss! Even his feet were out to party in his gorgeous Christian Louboutins!
Great event & recap, Tyler, I had a wonderful time!
